*Easy Pay
Automatic monthly withdrawal of membership dues from a bank account or charge to a Visa or MasterCard. No long term commitment required. The down-payment will be the prorated membership dues for the remainder of the month plus the joining fee.
**Joining Fee
Joining fees are a one-time investment in the facilities. Your joining fee will not be payable again as long as your membership does not lapse more than 30 days. Example: Down-payment on an Adult Membership on the Easy Pay is at the most $70.48 ($28.75 for full first month, $1.73 for sales tax, and the $40.00 joining fee).
Membership Types
Youth - Children ages 6 through age 13.
Teen/Young Adult - Teenagers age 14 through young adults age 23.
Adult - Adults age 24 through age 64.
Couple - Two adults living in the same household who consider themselves family.
Family - One or two adults living in the same household who consider themselves family, includes children through age 23 living in the household.
Senior - Adults age 65 or older.
Senior Couple - Two adults age 65 or olderwho consider themselves family and living in the same household.
Annual Payment Plan
When you join as an annual pay member, you will pay 12 months plus a partial thirteenth month (depending on the day of the month you join). The membership will automatically renew each year until you cancel & return your membership card(s) to the YMCA.
Termination of Membership
Membership will continue until you have completed the 30-day termination notice available at the welcome center at the Massillon Family YMCA or Towpath Trail YMCA. Annual memberships are non-refundable.
Member Plus
Members of the surrounding YMCAs have the option to purchase a second membership at another YMCA branch for a discounted rate. This is only available on the Easy Pay plan.
Financial Assistance
The YMCA is committed to providing quality programs and services to all members of the community, regardless of their ability to pay. Medical Checkup
We strongly advise a check up by your health care professional before you begin any type of fitness program. We also recommend annual medical evaluations for all participants.
